ACT's Site is All New... and Shiny

If you have been on the new ACT Conferencing home page lately, no doubt you have said, “Who is that classy looking guy next to the blog posts?”

Ok, so you probably didn’t see me. And if you did, you likely used a less-flattering adjective than “classy”, but that’s beside the point. As you have probably noticed, we launched our new website last week. One theme we tried to weave through the new site is pictures of our people – the people scheduling your conference calls, the people managing your video event, and, at least in my case, the people writing this blog.

While showing off our people is great, most of our main goals revolved around making things easy for our guests:

    • Easy to find information about ACT’s conferencing services and conferencing in general
    • Easy to talk to someone for assistance
    • Easy to take care of requests online
To accomplish these goals, we added quite a few features to the site:

If you haven’t yet seen all these features, look through them and let me know what you think.  You can contact me anytime by leaving a comment or by clicking the Contact link above.  And before I forget, many thanks go to our partner, MCG, a great Denver-based web design firm, for all their assistance on this project.

As a parting challenge: If you can find the other picture of me somewhere on one of ACT’s new sites, you get 100 bonus points*. If you can’t find it, consider yourself lucky.

Jeff is the Online Marketing Manager at ACT, reminding you that 1 bonus point = 10 regular points.
And 1 regular point = nothing.
