Conference for Business and Go Home for the Holidays
There are many joys that come with the holiday season but increased travel expenses and crowded airports usually aren't part of anyone's list. As we got to thinking about the upcoming holiday season, we couldn't help but reminisce with this ACT Conferencing Ecard from a few years back.
Not much has changed since we sent this card. Screaming children and overbooked flights are still commonplace. But, the airline industry has stabilized a bit and prices aren't rising and dipping as airlines scramble to fill planes. The only downside to this? Fewer loss leaders and "fire sale" fare sales this holiday season, according to msnbc.com.
Something else that remains consistent this holiday season? Conferencing. Still helps us avoid unneccesary travel and unwanted adventures in patience or crowd surfing. The only recent developments are ones that will make conferencing more accessible and even easier to use. If only airport security was headed in that same direction.
